No material in this website including photos, content etc may be copied or reproduced, without specific written consent of Australian Farmers’ Markets Association.

Hours of Operation
Our regular office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays. Any orders placed online outside these hours will be processed the following business day.

Method of Payment
At Australian Farmers’ Markets Association, we use Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to facilitate all payments. This payment method provides a secure and easy process to pay online without sharing any of your own personal financial information to us.

Stock
Australian Farmers’ Markets Association provides information resources, which are not readily available in retail stores. We make every effort to have all items in stock, but there may be some circumstances preventing this from happening.

Prices
All product prices exclude GST (exemption issued).  Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Refunds
Please call Australian Farmers’ Markets Association’ Customer Service team on 02 9360 9380 to discuss any queries or concerns you have regarding the product you have purchased or received.
All refunds will be credited back to the account used to purchase the goods online.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your product has been damaged during the delivery process, please call Australian Farmers’ Markets Association and to organise for the damaged product to be returned and a replacement sent.
