FRESH PRODUCE FOOD SAFETY GUIDE – Revised

Food safety matters ….from the farm to the dinner plate.

 

New revised guidelines have been released (February 2026) by the Fresh Produce Safety Centre (FPSC)

So if you are a food producer – be it horticulture, meat, poultry, seafood – you need to ensure peak safety provisions in your relevant food chain, starting on farm.
